After waiting weeks downloading a program i eventualy got to 95% and then next time i connected 40% dissapeared. It has just happend again. After a few days building it back up to 65% it dropped back down to 54%.
This has happend a few times now, sometimes all of the download has been lost.
Can someone please help?
