I'm having one last stab at this, I've been through all of your threads once again. In the very first thread you posted, you said that your files were full of viruses. LOTR gave you a link to Norbiesworld to fix the problem... did you ever go there? I can't find any posts by you on Norbie's site (but you might have used a different name).

You're not firewalled but your port 6346 is blocked. Now that really makes me think that it's some sort of problem with your ISP even though you've changed ISP & you have friends with the same ISP who can use LW. It could be that your friends are all on different speeds & internet plans than you & so are not having the same problems??? Maybe you've exceeded your download limit for the month??
Have you ever asked your ISP why port 6346 is blocked?? I think you should ask them this question.
I'd also suggest that you do go to
Norbiesworld and just get him to check your computer out. Register & follow the directions for free computer help. Just in case there is something hiding on your comp. You've tried just about every fix in the book for connection problems & obviously nothing's helped.
