Hello,

This is my first post. I recently had an issue with my computer, When I went to the limewire site to get the limewire pro support site they did not remember my e-mail address. I have have the same e-mail for 7 years with no other ones. How is it possible that they dont have record of it.

Has anyone had this problem?
