I have many rare files as well.

But I still only allow 5 slots and 2 per user (52 KB/s up)

I have tried to mess around with it a bit and it seems like this gives the highest succes rate on my comp.

BTW I also share video. If I didn't I would have it set on 3 slots, but if I do that now only videofiles get uploaded
