ok i have read the link that comes up on napster, it is coming up because the same song has been downloaded or attempted to be downloaded more than 5 times, as was in my case as the ones i originally downloaded were plain crap. once another song was searched the prob went away. something to do with copyright and that the song now needed to be purchased.
