Using this program, is it safe to allow HTTP? I blocked it then when I tired to access the internet I couldn't. When I unblocked it I could. Is it still blocking bad things in my Shared files? Will it scan on its on without it being open. Why does it flash at the bottom at times when it is closed out? I would appreciate it if you would please try and answer these questions.
