You use the one listed at the top of the magnet box:
it will be titled like this eg: magnet:?xt=urn:sha1:KS7.....(filename) &xs=http:\\234.234.32.3:6346.....

BTW I'm not sure it's possible to downld a magnet link from yourself. I mean it's already in your library. A magnet link is simply giving a direct link to your particular LimeWire address & particular file.
