If it were me, I'd search the song again and try to download from several different sources. In other words I'd have a couple d/ls of the same song going at the same time and if you get more than one d/ling you can cancel the ones that haven't started.

Try getting it from files with only a couple of sources and try ones with a higher bitrate. They are less likely to be fake.
