I am not 100% sure but I do not believe if you download the program under the admin. account that it will automatically show up on the other accounts. However it might be able to and someone else can explain to you how to do that. Now if it can't you can still have limewire on your other accounts fairly simple. Just go under another account and download LimeWire again.
