Do you mean that you've converted it for iPod, added it & there's no sound when you play it on the iPod? Or is there no sound when you play the movie on your computer?

Which converter did you use? Some people have had trouble with no audio after converting with Videora. The settings I've used for Videora are
Bitrate - 128kbps
Channels - stereo
Sample Rate - Input (default)
Volume - 100%
and the audio was fine after converting. I prefer the 3GP converter, there's some info here about how to use it

If you're having the no audio issue when just playing the file on your computer, you might need extra codecs for your player. Or you could try VLC player which is free & plays just about anything
