When I'm trying to download a file, all I get is a popup something like http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/musi...aff=nap-481330 and the file won't download. Double clicking, right clicking and selecting download, or clicking the download button at the bottom of the screen all produce the same result (no surprise). I've got the basic version of LW. TIA for any help.
