I have no problem downloading, but all my uploads are very slow, most of them at only 1 kb/sec.

I have changed upload spaces to only 4 so there would be enough bandwidth (i only have a 512/128 connection) but even if there is only 1 upload its still only at 1kb/sec.

What can i do to increase upload speed?
