in tools>Options>Uploads>Basic upload limit is set to unlimited.

i DO have bullguard and windows firewall, but the globe icon dont have a brick wall infront of it.

a few uploads get up to 5-8 kb sec but thats only very few and its still not that fast

any1 else got any ideas?
