Is it a .exe file? LW won't open some programs that may contain a virus, exe & zip files are often infected!
WARNING: Viruses on the network you should be aware of

If you want to open the file, you'll have to open your saved folder outside of LW & open from there. But please... scan the file with your AV before opening!!
