My reply to that post was in regard to
artistdirect and
napster re-directing downloads, not in regard to download speed problems.
And if you had read my reply to the users download speed problem more carefully, you would have posted your detailed setup configuration as asked in my post to make my attempt to help you a bit easier (see the questions 1 - 12).
The way you want me to help you, I guess, I have to look into my cristal ball to find a solution for you.......
