What site did you go to, to buy Pro? The only official site for downloading LW basic or Pro is www.limewire.com & the official FW site is http://www.frostwire.com/. It sounds like you've been scammed. FW is free. If you bought through a scam site, your email address won't be in the LW Pro database.
