3. Who is your isp provider (Internet Service Provider)?
4. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface?
* Variations from day to day may be due to the particular sources you're connected to at those times or a problem Ultrapeer you're connected to. If there's a sudden drop in speeds with no apparent solution, it's generally due to your isp!
