Hi. This is the first time this happened to me. I selected a video file which I never selected before but a window opens up and says "Error" and "You are already downloading this file..." and yet said file doesn't appear on my download status window, incomplete folder, nor anywhere on my computer. Would appreciate any help.

P.S. I'm a Mac OSX user...in case this has anything to do with the problem.
