Go to your LW Library window, click on your shared folder. Your files will display. If there's numbers next to them in the hits column to the right, then people have found them in their searches. The uploads column shows whether they've been uploaded.

The other way to see uploads is to open your LW Monitor window. The bottom half will show present uploads.

Configuring your firewall will make it easier for them to upload from you. Otherwise there are probably some people whose downloads fail.
