Are you sharing a connection with other computers
Is this your first try with LW We know it's not

Connection problems are trial & error... what works for some people doesn't always work for others! There's not one simple solution All that people can really do is suggest fixes to try!

Do you still have a turbocharged connection? As I asked you before, how do you have your router set up... are you using it with UPnP enabled, port forwarding or neither of these?

Have you read this sticky? It addresses firewall problems. Have you double checked that your software firewall's configured properly? You'll find info about internal firewalls within modems & routers also.
