Basically, make sure you're connected with green bars at the bottom left of the LW interface, then use the search function to search what you're after, then select the file & press download. Those with 3 or 4 stars in search results shows chances of connecting. The numbers under the # column represent how many people were found sharing that same file (but not all of those might have the same no. of stars.)
