Confusing Problem I have Lime Wire Basic and I like it.
Last night I decided to upgrade to the PRO version. I followed all the instructions, used my Master Card Debit Card to pay you the $18.88, clicked on the Submit button and got an error message telling me there was a problem and to try again.
I decided to wait.
I’m glad I did.
I just got done checking my account at my bank. They paid LimeWire the required money TODAY and I STILL DO NOT have what I need to upgrade to the PRO version of your software. Plus, I can't find an email address to write to anybody at the company to straighten out this problem.
This does not make me a happy camper. I do not like being ripped off. And I like it less when someone is doing it over the internet!! Especially when it was an entity I trusted!!
I would like some explanation as to why LimeWire feels it is OK to take my money and NOT provide access to the promised service.
