Unhappy Videora iPod Converter HELP PLEASE

Per this msg......
For videos, they need to be either mpeg 4 or H.264 format. So probably best to aim to get a hold of those video format files. Mac OSX users who have QuickTime Pro can convert other formats easily to either of these formats. There's now other free programs for OSX users to convert easily (search the apple site.) For windows users, see Video to iTunes/iPod. One conversion tool for windows users is 3GP & how to use it & also Videora iPod Converter (free/donateware) & others are in development. Others I've seen are not free & had mixed reports about them. To copy them without iTunes: Anapod is one. But again, either the iPod/iTunes forum is a good place to search for up-to-date articles about this or the apple forum. More about 'how to use' Videora & 'other' techniques of converting video from different sources to iPod see HERE (for links)
I have downloaded Videora iPod Converter and here is what I am doing

1. Made a new file and put in all of my music mpg4 videos so I could find them easy.

2. Opened Videora

3. Clicked on Convert

4. Clicked on One-Click Transcode.

5. Opened up iTunes

6. Dragged music videos (located in the folder I had made) after i saw they were all finshed on the Videora iPod Converter .

7. Connected my Ipod.

8. iPod updated and nothing happened.

What am I doing wrong please?

How can I tell they are really converted?

Thank you very much for your time and help in advance.
