Sounds to me like you're trying to download copyright material. Spammers such as Overpeers will give exagerated results with dud/fake results that you'll never be able to downld. When you get results of say, 100 for one, 99 for next, then instead, choose those with 10 or 20 or so hosts under the # column of the search results.
