This message about the license won't pop up while you are installing. After your first seach and download attempt, it will remind you that you need a license to download specific files. It will offer you to click "YES" and "NO" to the question whether you want to download the file (anyway). There should also be a small square saying "use always this answer". Tick it and then press "YES" if the license issue isn't a (ethical) bother for you.....
