LW tries to connect and in connection tab I've got 9 hosts and in time column time goes from 1 sec to 15 or so and then it just disappear.

Mine will sometimes loose the connection and won't reconnect. I will have to shut down LW completely and restart it to get it to connect.
Also try disabling Ultrapeer capabilities. In LW go to Tools>Options>Speed, and tick "Disable Ultrapeer Capabilities", click apply. See if that helps.
