Check the Saved Files folder in the Library window. If they're not there, then they're prolly not 100% downlded. Check the incomplete folder to see if they're in there.

BTW I normally recommend this player: VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site) because it has in-built codecs & is generally very reliable.
