Please be careful in being glad that one went down. They were part of the sharing crowd, and so they were a part of our community.
Please don't split the community in petty bickering whle we are being attacked. We can start bickering again, once the RIAA is down.

But I think they might lose a few teeth on LimeWire, because the LimeWire folks:
-Give the User the choice to activate a content filter, which only shows creativecommons-licensed material.
-Also serve weed files (promote sharing and downloading legal content).
-Tell the users explicitely, that thehy aren't allowed to breach a copyright.
-Is Open Source, so the LimeWire developers can't control the useage of their program and creating forced filters would only result in users using free spinoffs and in there being no filters at all.
