Unhappy Paid 3 times/never received Upgrade to Pro

I tried 3 times yesterday (August 8, 2006) to upgrade to "limewire pro" and I kept getting an error message saying that my zip code did not match the billing zip code of my charge card. I called my bank to find out why the card would not work and they said the the charge of $18.88 was applied to my account 3 times.....however I never received the pro version and now my account has been charge a lot more than it should have been. Also, the system does not recognize my email address and says that I am not in the system. I cannot receive technical support because I haven't upgraded to the pro version. Please advise....I would very much like to upgrade to "Limewire Pro", but at a charge of only $18.88, not $56.64. PLEASE ADVISE!
