They all are. Roxio creator is great (I use Roxio Toast on Mac), & it's normal for the process of conversion to take a long time. It needs to convert the video before it burns it. Keep in mind some videos are downsized to fit onto a single VCD or else, in parts to fit onto a few VCD's which helps maintain quality particularly if burning to DVD.
