hmmm the good ol' license agreements. They normally appear with a certain type of file (.wma) which is to do with Windows Media Player. I would suggest downloading .mp3 or .m4a files, with .mp3 you will need Windows Media Player 10, or downloaded codec for it if you have 9 or 10 (beta version only). Sorry but because of Microsoft's lack of intelligence, they haven't stumbled on .m4a! In my own personal opinion I wouldn't use WMP instead use a third party application called Winamp, you don't need the full version, just the free standard version will do. PS It's quite easy to use!!
And yes there are laws in place in Australia, however they are very confusing. So in my own personal words - Download & distribute until you are caught, if someone asks tell em you paid for one of those "Rip It" cards!!
