You could try previewing/playing the files with VLC player. It has codecs installed & will play most things, it's pretty reliable. You can download it here.

Just one thing, you'll have to preview by opening your incomplete folder outside of LW & play by opening your saved folder outside of LW. For some reason, VLC won't let Windows users preview or launch within LW
