I was almost going to say it a few mins after UKBob's post. The possibility is it's a firmware or software problem. You may need to check the home site for your burner to see if there's any firmware updates. And for software it's the same. Burner software needs to be updated to cater for new models of burners & their firmware abilities.
If I'm wrong, then it must have been a poorly installed & configured burner. The system not recognising that it's a dvd burner, not just a cd burner. Perhaps reinstall the drivers ... |
