You can only downld as fast as your hosts have available!!!! I only have a 256 kbps connection but I can get 27 KB/s either from the one downld or others combined. You need to find new sources, re-search the topic to find fresh hosts! You can also cancel from the downld window & reselect to downld from search results window. This will hopefully refresh stale downloads.
