If you are running windows XP, follow these steps!
  1. Make sure you have the file that you want to share on your computer and know where it is
  2. Click Start
  3. Click Run
  4. Type %UserProfile%\Shared
  5. Drag the file to the shared folder (If you want to copy it not move it, click the file hold Ctrl, and drag it
