Sounds like my thoughts about the 1st post in this thread. No details about their problem or system or set up.

To create a new thread topic, go to the section of the forums that fits your topic. Then press the New Thread button near the top left of your browser, & type in a meaningful topic that relates to your problem. Then post the details of your problem.
