I ty to do everything in my power to stay clean through virus scanning and sometimes knowing the file size before I download, especially .exe extensions. When I really doubt the validity of a program I really need, I have a second computer which I use to first install and test programs, once they pass they come into my computer. Most people can't do this, or think it takes too long, but after being hit several times in my life with some killer viruses, or virii, whatever... I learned to be more patient. That is why I need to have this function put in place, so that I can weed out file sizes I KNOW i dont need, and so if Im looking for a small file size, I can open the filter back up and search all files.... I dont think it's such a bad idea, I think it wouldnt take much code writing since they could prety much copy and paste some portion of the search features changing only to output file sizes greater than =x or only files lower than =y or none and then cram it in the next beta...
C'mon, if I paid for this program I would like my opinions really considered, or for someone to shut me up by really explaining why it is so difficult if not impossible to incorporate such feature in Limewire...
