That tells us you have a firewall issue. The problem is either your software firewall or else, your modem/router (many high speed devices have internal NAT firewalls.) Check your answers here; section 1. software firewall. 2. UPnP or, 3. Port forwarding if your device doesn't support UPnP or has a poor implementation of it;
