Too many people have had just "that" issue of accidentally uninstalling LW using the Add/Remove control panel. And why don't you speak to one of the LW developers. I have. Idiot!!! We don't need your poor & prejudiced anti-LimeWire advice on these gnutella forums. Ciao

It doesn't remove all the LW items from the registry. That's why people have problems after using the add/remove panel. Have you ever tried to use the
Repair function of the add/remove control panel on LW? It doesn't work because LW does not use that technology any more.
