Files with hundreds of hosts are most likely faked files hosted by people or groups who intend to discourage P2P users from downloading copyright protected files.
Try to search files using the "All Types" search tab. Search for the artist and/or the album. When you find songs, try to browse the hosts and see whether they have the fie(s) you're looking for. Choose files with host less than 20 ( or even 10).
