"IF" you're using LW 4.12 you can restart them from where they were. Go to the Library window, select the incomplete folder, select the 1st incomplete file then whilst holding the SHIFT key select the others by selecting the last. Then press the Resume button.

If you're using an earlier version of LW then unfortunately they will start from zero % when you do the above.
