Exclamation "File Not Found" bug

Hopefully this is repeatable:
I'm running Limewire Pro 2.1.1, and I'm currently an UltraPeer. I am sharing files in both the "shared" folder and in sub-folders within it. I am seeing erroneous "File Not Found" errors in the Monitor screen. So far, it has only happened with files in the sub-folders of the "shared" folder.

At first, I also thought that it was only happening with files that were already being uploaded but I now see that that is not the case. Possibly it is related to the servent making the request but I can't see that info. As far as the Limewire "Monitor" screen is concerned, there's no reason for the file request to be denied. The requested filenames are identical to other requests which are being successfully serviced.

Is it possible that the s/w is denying requests because it believes there isn't enough bandwidth? Currently, I only have two uploads in progress -- other times I'll be maxed at 15. I don't know how to check the bandwidth usage of the gnutella traffic. It might also be related to the cpu utilization which is "maxed" right now as I copy a DVD. But I have dual-CPUs and the desktop is still responsive so I wouldn't expect that.

P.S. Maybe tomorrow I'll try moving all the sub-folders' files "up" into the main folder and see if the errors go away...
