How did you delete LW from your computer? The appropriate way to uninstall it is to go to Start menu > Programs > LimeWire > Uninstall.

BTW are you using a spyware program such as Pestpatrol or similar? Some such as these are not designed for p2p use & will remove or do damage to LW.
