moral tone is relative...it is presently rather illegal to 'facilitate piracy', and you ask for help in acquiring a specific, copyrighted, file...
you don't query something with the tone of 'how do I find a rare
file on the gnutella network?'
now, finding rare files simply requires patience of some sorts...
