Your ISP's attitude towards P2P may seem to you like commie BS, controlling what you do, but I would say to you that it is very capitalist because you are still paying the same monthly subscription for a lesser service.

I'm guessing that you live in the US, so the only way to find out is consult a lawyer. But JM Brokentoyland, don't feel victimised because this anti-P2P thing is happening here in the UK as well.
