Gnotella sees everything after the first \0 of a filename as file type information.. this is also why/how it shows the bitrate/time etc of mp3's. The urn:sha1:HASH is after the \0 so it displays that.

You can safely ignore the hashes in Gnotella, as it doesn't use the extended information, it merely displays them afaik
