need help fixing da brick wall You guys have helped before...very helpful. Ok so I have the brick wall today for first time that I noticed...can't dwnld...always stopped after trying to connect saying need more sources. Also, did speed test and found myself 85% slower than national Qwest customer.
So now you know Qwest DSL is isp.
I run windows XP...have already dinked with the windows firewall and added gnutella. Not sure how to check for other firewalls onboard.
I don't know how to check for amount of ram. Is that necessary for this issue? I also don't know how to check for hard disk space available...but when I last defrag'd I had something like 12.19GB free space and 36% freespace (by the way...I think that this might be bad! I've already added ram...but tower is pretty small I don't think I can cram anymore in there.

6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Well, when I access modem from control panel....I see Agere Systems PCS soft modem...maybe the serial is PCI\VEN_11C1&DEV_048C&SUBSYS_044C11C1&REV_03
