What are those 134.4 kb files you see when you search for songs? What are these exactly?

I accidently clicked one, and it appeared on downloading section, but it didn't start downloading though. I checked Limewire folder and no files there downloaded, only in the incomplete.

Is this some sort of tracker or nothing to worry about?
