Maybe you need codecs for your WMP? If you click on the link below, you'll find links to different codec packs. I've used the XP Codec Pack for WMP.
Or, you could try VLC player. It's free & comes with codecs installed, it plays most things:wink: Just follow the VLC link & choose the nearest mirror site for download
