What! Did I hurt someone's feelings? Well, I guess it doesn't matter now anyway. At the end of the month I will be eliminating LW from my system. I figure if I want to waste my money I'll invest in computer games. At least they work the way their supposed to!

If I would have gotten some USEFUL help from the (ahem) technicians, I might have a whole different opinion of LW. As it is, I wouldn't buy another LW product if it was 90% off.
